Shipping Rates

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders placed within the United States. No matter your order size or destination within the country, shipping costs are 100% covered by us — no minimum spend or additional fees apply.

Estimated Delivery Schedule

Our logistics process is designed for efficiency, accuracy, and timely delivery. Below is the estimated timeline for processing, shipping, and delivery of your order:

Order Cutoff Time:

Orders placed before 4:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time, Monday to Friday, are eligible for same-day processing. Orders received after this cutoff will be processed the next business day.

Processing Time:

We aim to fulfill all orders within 1–2 business days. This includes inventory verification, packaging, quality control, and dispatch. Processing does not occur on weekends or federal holidays.

Shipping Duration (Transit Time):

Once shipped, your order will typically arrive within 3–7 business days. Transit times may vary depending on your shipping address and carrier conditions.

Estimated Delivery Time (Total):

From placing your order to receiving it at your doorstep, the full estimated delivery window is 4–9 business days.

Tracking Updates

After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your carrier’s name and a tracking number.

Shipping Method

We ship primarily through FedEx to ensure speed, security, and consistency. Our standard service provides tracking, delivery confirmation, and reliable drop-off options.

We also offer DHL Express Shipping (1–3 business days) on request. This expedited option is available only upon prior request before dispatch, and additional shipping charges will apply and must be paid before shipment.

We do not currently support in-person pickup, third-party freight forwarding, or international shipping.

Address Modifications

If you entered the wrong address during checkout or need to make a change, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@meryatelier.com.

We will do our best to accommodate changes before your order is shipped. We cannot update the shipping address once the order has been dispatched.

Damaged Packages

We take great care in securely packaging your order, but if your item arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and the damaged item(s).
  2. Contact our support team at support@meryatelier.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. Include your order number, images, and a brief explanation of the issue.

We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or credit, based on the nature of the damage and item availability.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, please email us at support@meryatelier.com with your full name, order number, and reason for cancellation.

Once the order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled. In such cases, please refer to our Return & Refund Policy to initiate a return after receiving your order.

Wrong Address or Contact Details

If your order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, invalid phone number, or email address provided by the customer:

  • The return shipping cost and reshipping fees will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • We will hold your order for 7 business days and contact you for correction.
  • If we do not receive a response within that period, the order will be canceled and a refund issued, minus return shipping fees.
